How can i get Nail varnish remover from leather?

An idiot has spilled nail varnish on my leather couch, It was dry when i found it and i dont want to harm the leather, so how can i get it off?

Thanks alot! How can i get Nail varnish remover from leather?
If you can find a loose edge on the varnish it will sometimes just peel off. If it will then it may take some colour/finish with it and this will need fixing.

If it wil not peel off then the area will need treating with strong solvents and will then need recolouring and this is best left to the qualified technicians.

Using nail varnish remover or other solvents will remove finish and/or pigment with the nail varnish and this would then need to be fixed.

Ooooooops. OK, what colour leather, what colour nail varnish?

I'd avoid using acetone or nail varnish remover that contains acetone. Instead try a nail varnish remover that is designed for fake/acrylic nails, this is acetone free and is a little less likely to damage the finish on the leather. Whatever you try do a test patch on an inconspicuous area first.

I have used acetone free remover on my leather coat, it took the shine off a little but as it was black i was able to disguise this.

If your sofa is black then your best bet might be to do what other answerer suggested, colour it over with a black marker.
Try picking as much off, then try some Acetone, which is in nail varnish remover. However, this might dull the leather. Try a bit where you ain't going to see it. If this don't work go over the nail varnish with a permanent marker so you don't notice it as much!
dont think you will get it of with anything.it will disintegrate the leather.why dont you try ice cube get it cold see if it will peel of it might.
use a little margarine, keep rubbing gently,
