Anybody know how to remove nail varnish from a carpet?

I've tried nail varnish remover of course, but it just turned the red to a pink, there's still a lot of it there and I have a feeling that that's all I can do, unless anyone else knows how to get rid of it?

ThanksAnybody know how to remove nail varnish from a carpet?
It is better to let the spill dry before you try to remove it as you may spread it around if you try remove it when still wet.

Pour a little Acetone Free Nail Polish Remover to the centre of the stain and allow it to penetrate through the area for a a short while.

Blot the stained area gently with the kitchen paper. Do not rub the stain. The Nail polish should begin to transfer onto the kitchen paper.

Allow the carpet to dry. If there is still light staining, try using Oxy Clean to get the last of it out.Anybody know how to remove nail varnish from a carpet?
If you have a small piece of your carpeting left over from when it was installed, you may be able to fix the situation. Cut out around the spill in a circular pattern on the carpeting and lift it out. Cut a circle from the left over carpet exactly the same size as the one you lifted out. Replace the bare spot on the carpet with the piece you cut out of the left over carpeting and using carpet tape attach it underneath to the original carpet. You will never know there was a spill.
my friend got my carpet dirty once try buying a carpet cleaner, what i used was nail varnish remover at first and then my auntie said to buy carpet cleaner i tried both every day and at some point it went away. hope that helps
I'd try thinners / turpentine (for cleaning paintbrushes after using gloss paint)... (test on an unseen small area first)

Also, when cleaning it (with whatever you choose to use) use small circles and work from the outside of the stain in.

Good luck!
Try sanding it off with sand paper (you have to do this gently) Then just hover the bits up ... simple!!!

hope this works for you!

(fingers crossed)

Yes use some of that cleaning stuff that is used for sinks. But don't use too much and rub it in with water. Just try soap and water, first, though. That's all it took for me :)
