Why when reboring do u have to use acetone free nail varnish remover?

does anybody know why you have to use a acetone free nail varninch remover when removing the dolls factory paint? and what happens if you use a nail varnish remover with acetone in it?Why when reboring do u have to use acetone free nail varnish remover?
Let me see if I got this right:

You are preparing for ';Reboring'; a doll's paint off and wonder if you must use acetone-free nail 'varnich' remover? Why when reboring do u have to use acetone free nail varnish remover?
I know this much: acetone is bad for your nails.

When removing nail polish with an acetone free nail

polish remover it is much harder to rub off and

requires more paper towels than desired.

If it's bad for your nails, imagine what it would do to

the dolls.

If that helps at all . . .
Acetone might have a bad effect on or damage the surface of the dolls, so they want you to use a solvent with no acetone in it.

You should follow the instructions of the manufacturer of the product regarding solvents for removing the paint because they know what works and what would damage the product, however if they have an 800 number you could call and ask them directly.
