I want to wear some nail varnish tonight. Its really old though and when i dug it out the nail varnish has gone really thick. is a way that i can thin it out?How do you thin nail varnish?
Nail varnish can be diluted by either adding nail paint remover(thinner) or by putting it for some time in hot water.
