I want to know which do you think is the best nail varnish out there, also think of the price, I don't want to spend millions on my nails when if I REALLY want to I can just go and get a manicure.

Revlon. Goes on smooth and even and is very shiny. Rimmel is the worst I ever used! Very thick and goes on lumpy. The brush is terrible, too.Nail Varnish, which one is the best?
