you might have to put ajax on it. you might even have to get something sharp to remove it. but i would be careful to no scratch your glasses. that is a tough one but you just may have to use house hold products to remove it...it maybe be a process and a pain in the butt.
try white sprit (turpentine)
Becareful not to scrub whatever you use - you could scratch your lenses
Try acetone
let it soak in soapy water.
