If you don't mind waiting a bit and the bottles having logos on them you could collect them from friends and family as well as ask the nearest recycling center hoe many they get and see if you could have some. They may not be able to tell you or sell them however.Is there anywhere in the UK that I can bulk buy empty nail varnish bottles from?
