i have tried nail varnish remover it hasnt worked!!!!!!!Help my son just put nail varnish all over my leather sofa how do i get it off?
Basically you have redyed the leather. If the nail polish will not peel off then it will need to be removed with solvents which will also remove finish and pigment which will then need replacing.


This job is best left to a qualified leather technician.





You should not try using nail varnish remover as this will definitely damage the finish on your leather. If it does remove the varnish it will also remove finish and pigment.





Please call a leather specialist to fix this.

let it dry and pick it off, then clean the sofa with vinegar and water

Hairspray will dissolve the paint, I have alos used it to remove ink.
Nail polish remover then leather polish, no probs.
before u do anything TRY in a hidden corner where it doesnt matter if it gets ruined or not.
if he did it purposely i would get him off%26lt;%26gt;%26lt;%26gt; to bedroom and stop there
